MADISON – Cat and dog licenses are due for renewal in Madison in January. The Madison Health Department is reminding residents that licenses are required for all cats and dogs in Madison, regardless of whether the animal is allowed outdoors or not. Pet owners must provide proof of current rabies immunization, which must be valid through Oct. 31, 2009.
