The driver of this Dodge van hit a white pickup truck after running a red light at Pacific Coast Highway and Webb Way on Friday at approximately 7:15 p.m., said Deputy Stephen Bohnert of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department. Five of the eight people in the van were taken to a local hospital.
